YOGA BEGINNERS COURSE
This beginner’s course is like no other. This 2-week intensive program will incorporate elements of a yoga teacher training, so that you can learn the true fundamentals of yoga and really find your very own meaning of yoga. Spots are very limited to ensure we comply with government guidelines.

FULL MOON MEDITATION & SOUND BATH
Learn how to meditate and deepen you practice. Meditating during the full moon provides an opportunity to connect deeply with our inner wisdom and with nature. YOGA NIDRA & SOUND BATH
Do you have troubles sleeping? Do you feel tired and empty? Do you want to get your energy back?
Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep as it is commonly known, is an immensely powerful meditation technique, and one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain.
Take time for your self to recharge and refocus. Join us for 75-minutes of deep yoga nidra and sound bath.
BRISBANE YOGA BRUNCH
Enjoy a 90-minute long yoga practice and connect to like-minded people while enjoying delicious brunch and coffee.
